It’s one thing to be taught the material but what is going to improve your culinary skills is implementation and feedback. Our community and 1 on 1 calls are what really sets my courses apart from others and what is going to help you refine your culinary skills.

Although I can’t force you to improve, students that are dedicated to improving their culinary skills and willing to put in the time to improve (I recommend 3 hours per week minimum) improve.

At the most basic level, you will need a chef’s knife, cutting board, pots and pans and basic utensils like a whisk, spatula and spoons. You will create dishes around the tools you have and you can add new tools with time.

The courses take only 1-2 hours to watch, and the coaching sections are 90 minutes per month. The results occur when you put the training into action which I recommend spending a minimum of 2 hours a week. The more, the better

We offer courses to learn specific skills and 1 on 1 for personalized depending on your needs.

The courses are designed for home cooks looking to elevate their cooking but professional cooks  are more than welcome to take them. I do not recommend professional cooks take my 1 on 1 coaching but instead stage and or work in a fine dining restaurant.

For the course, we have a basic training covering seasoning so you can build your palate. As for the 1 on 1 coaching, we will talk through how the food tastes, and I will help you achieve your desired flavors.

The courses come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the course, I will give you a full refund. 

 

For the 1 on 1 coaching, you will receive a free consultation call where we will go over what you want to improve and I will give you a mini coaching call to see what the coaching is like. If you are unsatisfied with the coaching after the consultation call, I will refund any unused calls.

I describe my cooking as New American, French technique with American ingredients.

Yes, the course is self paced and subtitles can be added to the course with a Chrome extension if you would like. 

For the 1 on 1 coaching, I will do my best to accommodate anyone in a different time zone. I am in Pacific Standard Time. All the calls are recorded and you are able to rewatch them with subtitles with the Chrome extension.

You will have lifetime access to the course and can watch them as many times as you like.
