About Me
Like many of you, my culinary journey began in my home kitchen. Long before honing my skills in culinary school and working in Michelin-starred restaurants, I was just a cooking enthusiast who wanted to improve my culinary skills and impress my family and friends.
Despite receiving compliments on my cooking, I felt something was missing—I wanted more.
I explored every resource I could find, from cookbooks to YouTube videos and watching my favorite show, “Good Eats” on The Food Network. These were helpful, but the real game-changer was mentoring under seasoned chefs who were invested in my growth. Their feedback was crucial, helping me improve little by little, which is exactly why our courses are designed the way they are.
